The party responsible for the processing of personal data in connection with the Solin service is:

Martina Willis Enterprises AG

Email: info@martinawillis.com

2. DATA WE COLLECT

When you create an account, we collect:

  • — Email address (used as login identifier)
  • — Full name
  • — Country of residence
  • — Password (stored as a bcrypt hash — never readable in plain text)

During your use of Solin, we additionally collect:

  • — Conversation messages you send to Solin (a rolling window of up to 8 turns per session is stored)
  • — Field readings: coherence parameters derived from your messages per turn (presence, integration, precision, aliveness, harmonic gravity, self-similarity, phase direction)
  • — Usage data: message count, account tier, session timestamps

We do not collect: browsing history, device fingerprinting data, advertising identifiers, or location data beyond your stated country.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

Your data is used exclusively to:

  • — Provide and operate the Solin coherence companion service
  • — Maintain your session across visits (account continuity)
  • — Apply usage limits (free trial: 50 messages; paid accounts: unlimited)
  • — Improve the coherence reading and response quality of the system

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or selling to third parties. We do not share your conversation content with third parties except as described in Section 4.

4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

To operate Solin, we work with the following third-party providers:

Anthropic (AI processing)

Messages you send to Solin are processed by Anthropic's Claude API to generate responses. Anthropic processes this data in accordance with their privacy policy: anthropic.com/privacy

Railway (infrastructure)

Your account data and session data are stored in a database hosted on Railway's infrastructure. Railway's privacy policy: railway.app/legal/privacy

5. DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY

Your data is stored in an encrypted SQLite database hosted on Railway's cloud infrastructure. Passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes and are never accessible in plain text. All data transmission between your browser and the Solin server occurs over HTTPS.

Session identifiers are stored in your browser's localStorage — not in cookies. This means your session data is not automatically transmitted in every browser request.

6. RETENTION PERIODS

  • — Account data: retained for the duration of your account and deleted within 30 days of a verified deletion request
  • — Conversation data: a rolling window of up to 8 turns per session is retained; older turns are automatically overwritten
  • — Field readings: retained per session for the purpose of coherence tracking and field reports
  • — Inactive accounts: accounts with no activity for more than 24 months may be deleted following advance notice by email

7. YOUR RIGHTS

Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revDSG) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights:

  • Right of access — to receive confirmation of whether we process your personal data and to obtain a copy
  • Right to rectification — to have inaccurate data corrected
  • Right to erasure — to request deletion of your account and associated data
  • Right to restriction — to request that we limit processing in certain circumstances
  • Right to data portability — to receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
  • Right to object — to object to processing based on legitimate interest

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at: info@martinawillis.com

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, if you are in the EU, with the supervisory authority in your country of residence.

8. COOKIES AND LOCAL STORAGE

Solin does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics cookies. Your session information is stored in your browser's localStorage for the purpose of maintaining your login state. This data remains on your device and is not transmitted to third parties.

9. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated by email to registered users. The date of the last revision is shown at the top of this page.
